Mission Statement

In partnership with the community, the Office of Homeless Services coordinates a continuum of care of prevention, shelter services and permanent supportive housing intended to prevent and reduce homelessness.  This coordination is implemented through planning, facilitating, advocating and developing resources with community stakeholders, including homeless and formerly homeless persons.

Goals for the Continuum of Care

  • Reduce the number of Overall Homeless
  • Reduce the number of Newly Homeless
  • Reduce the length of Homelessness
  • Reduce the number returning to Homelessness >

The Office of Homeless Services Advisory Board is seeking volunteers to serve on the board. There are 3 vacant seats: 

  • 2 for At-Large Representatives
  • 1 for a person with Lived Experience of homelessness
